Credit pack refunds

Bulin 47 AI sells one-time video credit packs. Pack credits never expire, and purchases do not renew automatically. See current prices.

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase. A wholly unused pack qualifies for a full refund. If you have used part of a pack, we refund its unused credits proportionally: the amount paid for that pack × unused credits from that pack ÷ credits purchased in that pack. Used credits and requests outside this window are not eligible, except where required by law.

Failed generations

Photo rejection or an unavailable photo check does not deduct credits. A confirmed failed video task automatically returns its reserved credits. Processing tasks still awaiting a result are not confirmed failures. A successfully generated video you dislike is not a failed task.

Returning credits restores your account balance; it does not refund your payment.

How to apply

Submit a support ticket with your order number and reason. Support verifies unused credits and arranges the eligible refund through your original payment method. Approved refunds normally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Report duplicate or incorrect charges within 30 days, including your order number. Please contact support before opening a bank dispute.

Save your video

Completed videos are available to view and download for 7 days. Save a local copy within that period. Expiry of video access does not expire your pack credits or restart the refund window.
