About this policy

This policy describes how Bulin 47 AI ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit our website, upload a portrait, generate a video or contact support. You can reach us at support@bulin47videoviral.com.

Information we handle

• Account details: your name, email address, profile image, sign-in information and account preferences. If you use a third-party sign-in option, we receive the profile details that provider shares for authentication.
• Creative content: the photos you upload, lyrics or other text you enter, generation settings, generated videos and any enhanced versions you request. A portrait can contain personal information about the person shown. Only submit content you have permission to use.
• Task and credit records: task identifiers, status, safety-check results, error information, credit charges and returned credits. These records help us deliver results and investigate problems.
• Purchase details: order identifiers, products, amounts, currency and payment or refund status. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
• Support information: messages, attachments and the account, payment or task details needed to address your request.
• Technical and visit information: IP address, browser and device information, request logs, pages visited, referral information and product interactions, as collected by the features enabled on the website.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, process uploads, check content safety, generate and deliver videos, manage purchases and credits, provide support, investigate failures, prevent fraud and protect the service. Visit and usage information helps us understand website performance and how people use the product.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to deliver a requested service is based on performing our agreement with you. Security, abuse prevention and service reliability rely on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We also process information to meet legal obligations, and seek consent where required for optional tracking or other processing. Without essential account, content or payment information, we may be unable to provide the feature you request.

AI processing and service providers

Creating a video requires sending your portrait, instructions and relevant settings to external AI services. Depending on the task and the service configuration, these include fal.ai and SeeAPI for generation or video enhancement, and SeeAPI for photo and text safety checks. A blocked or unavailable safety check can prevent a task from starting. You may contact support if you believe a check was incorrect.

Hosting, database, media storage, authentication, payment, email and analytics providers also process the information needed for their respective services. These providers may operate outside your country. Their processing, retention and any model-training practices are governed by the applicable provider terms and arrangements; deleting a copy from our storage does not itself remove a provider's copy. Contact us for information about the providers used for a particular task and any applicable transfer safeguards.

We do not operate a model-training feature using your uploads. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with law, handle a dispute or protect users and the service.

Media access and sharing

Your generation history is accessed through your account. Media may be delivered to AI providers and your browser through accessible file links; anyone who obtains a working file link may be able to view or copy that file. Keep media links private and avoid uploading sensitive documents or unrelated personal information. Copies you download or share elsewhere are outside our storage controls.

Retention and deletion

• Generated videos: account viewing and downloading are available for 7 days after successful completion. Save a local copy before access expires.
• Stored video files: completed outputs managed in our storage become eligible for cleanup after 14 days. Access expiry and physical deletion are separate; cleanup can take additional time. Provider-hosted copies follow the provider's retention rules.
• Uploaded photos: the video download window does not apply to source photos. We currently do not apply a fixed automatic deletion deadline to uploaded photos. You can request their deletion by contacting support.
• Account, task, payment and support records: retained as needed to provide the service, maintain credit and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and satisfy legal obligations. Deleting a video file does not delete these records.

You may request account closure or deletion of your content by email or through support tickets. We may need to verify ownership first. Records required for legal obligations or unresolved disputes may be retained; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle completes.

Cookies and browser storage

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, language and appearance preferences, consent choices and recovery of a task in progress. Depending on enabled features, analytics or advertising services may also process visit information. When the site displays Cookie settings, use that control to review or change your choice. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser; doing so may affect sign-in and other features. Rejecting optional cookies does not remove essential storage or necessarily stop all cookieless measurement.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete or restrict the use of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

You can update supported profile fields in account settings. For other requests, email support@bulin47videoviral.com. Explain your request and include the relevant account email or task identifier; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Children and security

The service is intended for adults. Do not create an account or purchase credits unless you are at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Do not upload a minor's portrait without the necessary parent or guardian permission. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been submitted improperly.

We use access controls, authentication and other safeguards to reduce unauthorized access. No online service or file link can be guaranteed completely secure.
