Scope and eligibility

These terms apply to your use of Bulin 47 AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits or submitting a generation, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the product provides

Bulin 47 AI turns a portrait into a short AI-generated performance. Available options may include a reference-based freestyle, scenes with custom lyrics and video enhancement. Generation and enhancement depend on third-party AI services. The studio displays the available settings and credit charge before submission.

Results are generated automatically. Facial resemblance, hands, motion, lyrics, lip-sync, sound and timing can differ from your input or expectations. We do not promise exact reproduction of a reference or a particular creative result. Examples illustrate a format and do not guarantee the same result for your photo.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist Bulin 47. Using a reference, artist name or example does not grant rights to that person's likeness, music or other protected material.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not access another user's account, evade safety or payment controls, or exploit credit or refund errors. Contact support to request account closure; signing out does not delete your account or uploads.

Permission to upload and prohibited uses

You must have the necessary rights to the photos, lyrics and other content you submit, including permission from each person depicted to use their likeness in an AI-generated video. A photo being publicly available does not establish that permission. A minor's portrait also requires the necessary parent or guardian permission.

Do not upload, generate or distribute:

• Sexual, nude or exploitative content, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content used for harassment, threats, hate, fraud or unlawful impersonation.
• Misleading depictions intended to make viewers believe a real person said or did something they did not, or endorsed a product without permission.
• Content infringing privacy, likeness, copyright, trademark or other rights, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
• Malware, unauthorized access attempts or requests designed to disrupt the service or bypass limits.

We and our providers may check content automatically and decline unsafe inputs. A safety check is not a legal clearance or proof of permission. We may investigate reports, restrict content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.

Credits, payments and refunds

Video credit packs are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Purchased pack credits do not expire. Prices, currency and credits are shown on the pricing page and at checkout; the confirmed order determines your purchase. Generation and optional enhancement have separate credit charges, shown before you submit each request. Credits are for use within the service and are not transferable currency.

If an input is blocked or required moderation is unavailable before generation, no generation credits are deducted. When a task is confirmed as failed, reserved credits are returned. A pending or delayed task is not yet a confirmed failure. A successfully generated result that differs from your preferences is not, by itself, a failed task. Returned credits restore your balance and are separate from a cash refund.

Eligible unused pack credits may be refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase. A fully unused pack qualifies for a full refund; a partially used pack qualifies for a refund proportional to its unused purchased credits. The full conditions, refund timing and process are in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Content rights and sharing

You retain the rights you hold in your inputs. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, reproduce, transmit and process them, including through AI and safety providers, to fulfill your requests, deliver results, provide support and maintain the security of the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your inputs to us.

You may download and use your generated videos subject to applicable law, third-party rights and applicable provider terms. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, copyrightable or cleared for commercial use. You must obtain any necessary music, likeness and other permissions before posting or using a video commercially. Paying for generation does not purchase a license to an artist's recording, identity or endorsement. Follow the AI-labeling and music rules of the platform where you publish.

The website's software, branding and other original materials remain owned by us or their respective rights holders. Your purchase does not transfer those rights.

Video access and privacy

Completed videos are available for account viewing and download for 7 days after successful generation. Download a local copy within that period. We do not provide permanent media archiving, and access expiry does not expire your unused pack credits or restart a refund window.

The Privacy Policy explains how inputs, media links and records are processed and retained. Keep your account and file links secure. To request deletion or account closure, contact support@bulin47videoviral.com or submit a support ticket.

Availability, restrictions and liability

Service availability and processing times depend on providers, capacity and maintenance. We may change available models or features, or pause affected functions, with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not use such changes to remove mandatory consumer rights or avoid valid refund obligations.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular creative outcome. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer protections.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Any treatment of remaining payments and credits remains subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes and contact

We will update the date when these terms change and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove rights you already have under applicable law.
